Job Summary

ABSC is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Program Metrics Management Specialist to support the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) mission in Washington, DC. This role requires strong analytical and communication skills to work with government leads and program managers to develop and implement metrics and analytics solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain program metrics and analytics solutions to support NGA's mission
  • Collaborate with government leads and program managers to identify and prioritize metrics and analytics requirements
  • Design and implement data collection and analysis processes to support program decision-making
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to visualize program metrics and analytics
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support program improvement and optimization
  • Support the development and implementation of program strategic plans and objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize program metrics and analytics requirements
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, analytics, or computer science
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in program metrics and analytics, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to collect and analyze data to inform program decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with government leads and program managers
  • Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
  • Experience with data collection and analysis processes, including data mining and statistical analysis
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in a related field, such as business, analytics, or computer science
  • Experience with program management and strategic planning
  • Knowledge of government contracting and procurement processes
  • Experience with data visualization and communication tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
