Kairoi Management LLC is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Service Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our service team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the daily upkeep and maintenance of our communities.

About the Role:

This fast-paced position requires an individual who is able to multitask, work independently, and maintain a professional demeanor at all times. You will be responsible for supporting the service team with various tasks, including inspecting units, reporting issues, and assisting with special projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain high standards of customer service by providing exceptional support to residents and staff members
  • Inspect vacant apartment homes to ensure they are ready for new residents, including performing minor repairs and making recommendations for improvements
  • Report any issues or concerns to the Service Manager or Community Director, ensuring timely resolution
  • Participate in routine inspections of the grounds and common areas to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Assist with pool cleaning and maintenance, as well as complete other tasks as assigned by the Service Manager

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A minimum of 1-3 years of general maintenance experience, knowledge of OSHA safety rules, and a high school diploma are required. Bilingual (English/Spanish) language skills are preferred.
