Wine Ambassador

At Crimson Wine Group, we're seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Wine Hospitality Associate to join our team. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, showcasing our award-winning wines, and building lasting relationships with our customers.

• Guest Experience: Greet and engage with guests, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
• Wine Education: Lead wine tastings and tours, educating guests about our winery story, wines, and brand.
• Relationship Building: Develop relationships with guests to convert them into Wine Club members.
• Sales and Service: Effectively suggest and sell wine, with the ability to upsell and provide exceptional customer service.
• Operations: Assist with daily tasting room operations, including setup and breakdown, cash handling, and sales transactions.

• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
• Schedule Flexibility: Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
• Age Requirement: Must be 21 years of age or older to comply with ABC regulations.
• Physical Demands: Must be able to lift 40 lbs and work in a standing position for long periods of time.
• Certifications: Must possess or acquire a Responsible Beverage Service and Food Handler's Certifications.
