Medical Scribe Trainer Professional

Scribe-X is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Medical Scribe Trainer to join our team. As a Medical Scribe Trainer, you will play a critical role in supporting the growth and development of our medical scribes, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide exceptional documentation support to our physician clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Train and mentor new medical scribes to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Work closely with healthcare providers to review patient encounters and provide feedback on documentation quality.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of medical scribes.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless integration of new scribes into our workflow.
- Provide ongoing support and coaching to medical scribes to ensure they meet the high standards of Scribe-X.
- Successful completion of the Scribe-X Certified Medical Scribe Academy.
- Demonstrated ability to document a SOAP note.
- Demonstrated knowledge of medical terminology.
- A minimum of 1500-2250+ hours of scribe experience.
- Knowledge of 1-2 medical specialties with a minimum of 750 hours of experience in family medicine.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate 2-3 electronic medical records (EMRs).
- Excellent verbal and written English skills.
- Competitive compensation ranging from $14.00 - $18.00 per hour based on location, experience, and time commitment.
