Job Summary:

As a Bellman with Cape Resorts Group, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for our guests. Your primary focus will be on attending to guest needs, including greeting guests, assisting with luggage, and escorting guests to their rooms. This role requires a professional, welcoming, and outgoing personality, with excellent communication skills and a valid driver's license.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a warm and inviting atmosphere.
Assist guests with luggage, ensuring timely delivery and providing exceptional service.
Maintain the front of the hotel and parking lot, ensuring a clean and debris-free environment.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required.
One to two years of experience in a public contact position.
Valid driver's license (recommended).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional and welcoming demeanor.
