Product Merchandising Representative

Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and self-driven Product Merchandising Representative to join our team. This role is responsible for ensuring the optimal visibility and availability of Mondelz products on store shelves, fostering strong relationships with store employees and sales representatives, and driving sales growth through effective merchandising strategies.

The Role
This part-time position requires a flexible schedule, with regular hours including Mondays, Tuesdays, and Fridays. As a Product Merchandising Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Merchandising Execution: Effectively execute in-store visits according to Mondelz' DSD Merchandising Steps, capturing high-quality images of displays, and implementing promotional displays to drive sales growth.
- Relationship Building: Foster positive relationships with store employees, sales representatives, and management teams to ensure seamless execution of merchandising plans and optimize product visibility.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with store managers, sales representatives, and other stakeholders to address any issues, provide feedback, and implement corrective actions.
- Inventory Management: Ensure accurate inventory levels, manage stock rooms, and maintain store displays to meet Mondelz' guidelines and standards.
- Sales Growth: Identify opportunities to enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches to drive business growth.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- Basic Requirements: Be at least 18 years old, have a valid driver's license, proof of auto insurance, and live within 25 miles of Pittsburg, PA.
- Skills and Qualifications: Possess a positive and professional attitude, be self-motivated, able to work independently, and have previous retail or grocery experience (a plus).
- Physical Demands: Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced environment, lift up to 25 pounds, occasionally push and pull over 50 pounds, and move products from stockrooms to store floors.
