Childcare Educator

We are seeking a qualified Childcare Educator to join our team at Guidepost Montessori in Lewisville, TX.

This part-time position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with children aged 6 weeks to 6 years old. As a Part-time Assistant Teacher, you will have the opportunity to support mixed-aged Montessori classrooms and contribute to creating a nurturing environment that fosters independence and development.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working with young children, excellent communication skills, and a strong passion for Montessori education. While familiarity with the Montessori approach is preferred, it is not required. We offer comprehensive training programs to support employees in their professional growth and development.

• Previous experience working with 0-6 year old children in preschools, camps, daycares, or after-school programs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A strong love for working with infants, toddlers, and preschool-age children
• Familiarity with the Montessori approach to education is a plus, but not necessary
