Henna Chevrolet LP is seeking a skilled Transmission System Expert to join our fast-paced auto repair team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing complex transmission issues, ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and their vehicles are returned to them in optimal condition.



Job Description:


As a Transmission System Expert, your primary duties will include:





  • Performing diagnostic tests to identify transmission problems and recommending the necessary repairs to ensure customer satisfaction


  • Repairing and maintaining transmission systems, including automatic and manual transmissions, to meet the high standards of our dealership


  • Collaborating with our Service Advisors to communicate with customers, provide estimates, and ensure seamless communication throughout the repair process


  • Staying up-to-date with the latest technological advancements, repair procedures, and specifications to deliver exceptional results and meet manufacturer standards



Requirements:


To be successful in this role, you must have:





  • A minimum of 2+ years of experience as a transmission technician, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results and meeting deadlines


  • A high school diploma or equivalent, with ASE certification in transmission repair and a strong foundation in electrical and engine repair


  • Excellent mechanical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment and communicate effectively with colleagues and customers


  • A valid driver's license and a clean driving record, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
