Agricultural Specialist

Job Summary
CHS Inc. is a leading global agribusiness that provides grain, food, and energy resources to businesses and consumers worldwide. As a Custom Applicator at CHS, you will play a crucial role in supporting local farmers by applying fertilizer and crop protection products. Your expertise will help ensure the success of our customers' crops, and you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of equipment and machinery.
Key Responsibilities
- Apply fertilizer and crop protection products to customers' fields
- Pick up and deliver product to customers as needed
- Work with customers to educate them on products being applied and techniques utilized
- Assist the sales staff in ensuring orders are correct and patron needs are met
- Perform warehouse work, including driving a loader, forklift, and performing maintenance
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in Agriculture Production, Operations, and/or Agriculture Application
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
- Ability to work additional hours, be available for overnight stays, and occasional weekends to meet business demands
- High School diploma or GED preferred
