About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Part Time Team Lead to join our team in Somerset, England. This role will be based at one of our stores and will play a key part in driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the store in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Manager
  • Deliver positive sales performance consistently
  • Organize and maintain a clean and tidy store environment
  • Train and develop colleagues to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed
  • Provide excellent customer service and promote the Clarks brand
  • Maintain accurate records and reports as required

Requirements

  • Previous experience in retail management or a similar field
