Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Integrations Specialist to join our Human Capital Management (HCM) team. The successful candidate will work closely with our HR team to ensure seamless integration of our primary asset - our people - across multiple systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with HR, Accounting, and Payroll teams to create technology solutions that support key HR processes and policies.
  • Design, build, test, and support internal and external Workday integrations.
  • Monitor and address any issues, seeking opportunities to enhance system processes and improve user experience.
  • Facilitate change management processes, including test scripts, communication plans, implementation plans, and rollback plans.
  • Investigate, triage, and troubleshoot escalated issues and system outages.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, HR Management, Information Systems, or Computer Science preferred.
  • Workday HCM Core Certification or other relevant Workday Module Certifications and mandatory experience in Workday integrations.
  • Minimum five years of experience in HR Business Systems, Applications Management, and/or related field.
  • Advanced skills with Workday integration technologies.
  • Strong understanding of HR business processes.
  • Superior communication skills with the ability to relate to both technical individuals and senior managers.
