Role Overview

About the Role
This full-time position will require the successful candidate to provide direct patient care in assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for assigned patients. As a Registered Nurse Med-Surg Tele, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients, from acute care to rehabilitation, and make a meaningful difference in their lives.

Key Responsibilities
As a Registered Nurse Med-Surg Tele, your key responsibilities will include:
• Providing direct patient care in accordance with established policies and procedures
• Assessing patients' physical and emotional needs, developing individualized care plans, and implementing interventions to achieve optimal outcomes
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and communication
• Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment

Requirements and Qualifications
To be considered for this role, applicants must meet the following requirements:
• Current Florida license as a Registered Nurse or recognized compact licensure (subject to Florida State Licensing Requirements)
• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing
• Current Basic Cardiac Life Support certification or obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification or obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• At least 1 year of acute care experience
