Job Summary

The Black Canyon Boys & Girls Club is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Site Director to lead our daily and long-term operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing programs and services, supervising staff, and fostering a positive club culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement programs that prepare youth for success and create a positive club environment.
  • Ensure a safe and healthy environment by maintaining facilities, equipment, and supplies.
  • Work with the Executive Director to hire, train, and evaluate staff to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Compile reports and provide regular updates to the Executive Director.
  • Provide direct supervision of activities during club operating hours.
  • Develop and manage partnerships with parents, community leaders, and organizations.
  • Assist with public relations and fundraising efforts.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (preferred)
  • Driver's license (required)
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
