Maintenance Technician - Residential One LLC

The Maintenance Technician is a key member of our property management team, responsible for ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our residential properties. We are seeking an experienced and skilled individual to join our team in this critical role.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain the overall cleanliness and appearance of the property, including common areas and resident units.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, fixing leaky faucets, and unclogging drains.
  • Respond to service requests from residents in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify potential issues and address them before they become major problems.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure that all maintenance tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.

Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience in maintenance or a related field.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with basic tools and equipment.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
