Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Account Manager to join our team at EquipmentShare. As a Territory Account Manager, you will be responsible for expanding our existing customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals. Your primary goal will be to increase revenue growth, improve customer satisfaction, and drive business expansion in your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to expand our customer base and increase revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors and construction company principals to identify new business opportunities.
  • Conduct sales presentations to prospective and existing customers to promote EquipmentShare's products and services.
  • Manage and maintain accurate sales data, including sales forecasts, pipeline management, and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics.

Requirements
  • First and foremost, we're looking for someone who's tenacious and innovative and possesses superior outside sales experience and skills with a proven sales track record.
  • Heavy Construction Equipment or Industry knowledge (rental or construction) with experience in B2B sales is preferred, but not required.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage strategic and national accounts.
