About the Role

Genie Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled MRI Technologist to fill a travel position in Atlanta, Georgia. As an integral part of our team, you will be responsible for operating magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images for patients.

Job Summary

This 13-week assignment requires a dedicated and detail-oriented professional with experience in MRI technology. You will work closely with radiologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities
  • Operate MRI equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images
  • Position patients comfortably and safely on the exam table
  • Monitor patients' vital signs during procedures
  • Communicate effectively with radiologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Associates or Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology
  • Current ARRT registration in Radiography
  • 1-2 years of experience as an MRI Technologist
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
