Job Description

As a Co-op Engineer with our team, you will be part of a dynamic project team working on large-scale construction jobsites. Your responsibilities will include planning and execution of day-to-day project operations, managing vendor materials and subcontractor work packages, maintaining positive relationships with colleagues and stakeholders, and contributing to the success of the project team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute daily project operations to ensure timely completion and quality delivery.
  • Purchase, procure, and manage vendor materials and subcontractor work packages.
  • Maintain positive relationships with engineers, managers, trades professionals, subcontractors, and vendors.
  • Learn from experienced full-time engineers and contribute to project success through meaningful contributions and input.
  • Support project teams with a 'get it done' attitude and a commitment to excellence.

Requirements:

  • Pursuing a BS in Civil, Mechanical, Environmental, Construction Engineering or a closely related field from an accredited university in the United States.
  • Experience working successfully on teams.
  • Ability to relocate during your co-op term to locations near our construction jobsites. Company housing and travel reimbursement are provided.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Interest in building a better environment through self-perform water infrastructure construction.
