Alterations Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Alterations Customer Service Representative to join our team at Davids Bridal. As a key member of our Alterations department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring seamless alterations experiences, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome and service customers with genuine enthusiasm, adapting style to suit their needs.
  • Manage customer flow to deliver a five-star experience, meeting all service vows and operational checklist tasks.
  • Provide exceptional service to multiple customers at once, addressing concerns with confidence and escalating when necessary.
  • Promote alterations services and personalization options, maintaining store standards and dress code requirements.
  • Press, steam, and spot clean merchandise, following quality control guidelines and inspecting garments for pristine condition.
  • Build long-term relationships to meet and exceed customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent degree.
  • 1-2 years prior retail experience in an apparel or specialty store environment.
  • Prior sewing experience is helpful.
  • Prior experience with computerized POS (Point of Sale) system.
