About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our Accelerated Growth Program at White Cap. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing and executing account plans to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in comprehensive training programs to learn White Cap's business model, products, and sales approach.
  • Develop and execute account plans to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Sell White Cap's value proposition and products to customers.
  • Enter and process customer orders.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field or one to two years of sales or related field experience.
  • Strong communication skills and comfortable interacting with team members.
  • Requires strong self-governance, a proactive approach, personal accountability, and independence.
  • Competitive nature with a drive to succeed.
  • Goal-oriented with personal accountability to deliver on metrics.
  • Open to feedback and willing to take action to improve performance.
  • Demonstrated ability to plan and organize daily activities.
  • Spanish language proficiency.
