Job Summary


The Risk Management Leader will be responsible for overseeing the execution and delivery of initiatives and projects across the Risk Analytics and Reporting (RAR) program. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and lead a team.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Lead and coordinate the RAR program, ensuring adherence to established methodologies and governance frameworks.
  • Develop and maintain program management tracking, converting Jira-level details into business management executive-level task tracking with target date assignments.
  • Support the RAR team in defining and maintaining the program plan, including key initiatives, projects, deliverables, tasks, due dates, and status updates.
  • Provide regular program status updates to executive-level stakeholders, including weekly internal management reports.
  • Ensure delivered solutions meet defined business requirements and are of high quality.
  • Report on project progress, including issues and risks, to partners and management.
  • Track cost, schedules, and performance against established project/program achievements, reporting status to management team members on a regular basis.
  • Responsible for initiative/project planning and scope prioritization, successfully planning and supervising multiple RAR key initiatives and projects encompassing business and IT.
  • Support the RAR team and collaborate with partners across business and IT to meet desired objectives.
  • Understand and translate cross-functional dependencies into useful plans, tracking and reporting all interdependencies between multiple initiatives and projects.
  • Timely resolution of conflicts and issues, negotiating scope and approach, and acting as liaison between appropriate members.
  • Mitigate risk by following established procedures and supervising controls, spotting key errors, and demonstrating strong ethical behavior.
  • Excellent interpersonal and multi-tasking skills, strong attention to details and technicalities, excellent written and communication skills, and accurately documenting project/initiative creation, development, and execution.
  • Overseeing project status and ensuring team members are carrying out tasks efficiently while upholding company standards.
  • Project Risk Management, resource allocation discussion with partners, conflict resolution, and team coordination.
  • Lead project roadmap creation, participate in and contribute to sprint planning, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

Requirements:



  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred and/or equivalent experience.
  • Project Management Certification preferred.
  • Ability to work afternoon shift supporting US until noon.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to work independently.
  • Quick learner and motivated.
  • Good interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of proven experience.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years proven experience in Infrastructure and/or Cyber Security & Technology Risk.
  • Prior experience in handling IT Security-related programs/projects is preferred.
  • Excellent skills with MS Office and Project Management tools.
  • Experience with SharePoint, PowerBI, IBM BPM technologies is a plus.
