Job Summary

This position is an in-office opportunity only. Please ensure that you can work at our call center office in Kansas City, Missouri before applying.

Key Responsibilities
  • Full-time entry-level to mid-level customer service roles troubleshooting and resolving mobile customer technology and service issues, including repair, billing, and accounts.
  • A tech-savvy problem solver who can multitask to repair a variety of services and equipment.
  • Use patience and effective communication skills to uncover customer needs, answer questions, and leave a positive impression on customer interactions.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to work a variety of schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 6+ months of customer service experience.
  • 6+ months of working with software applications.
  • 6+ months of high-volume phone experience in customer service or a call center.
  • 6+ months of working in cable operations, mobile, or telecommunications call center.
