Senior Counselor

FCS, Inc is seeking a skilled LCSW to join our team in Cincinnati, Ohio.

We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide counseling services to adults experiencing Substance Use Disorders (SUD) in our medication-assisted treatment program. The ideal candidate will have a CDCA or higher license (LCDCII, LSW, LPC) and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality care to individuals struggling with addiction. • Provide individual and group counseling sessions to adults experiencing SUD
• Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care

To be considered for this role, you must possess:

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) or equivalent
• A valid LCSW license in the state of Ohio
• CDCA or higher license (LCDCII, LSW, LPC)
