Role Overview

We're looking for a seasoned Senior Account Executive who will play a key role in building strong client relationships, managing projects from concept to delivery, and collaborating with internal teams to develop and implement effective strategies. As a trusted advisor to your clients, you will provide expert guidance and support, helping them achieve their goals and stay ahead of the competition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and objectives.
- Lead and manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and exceeding client expectations.
- Collaborate with internal departments to develop and execute strategic plans, leveraging your expertise to drive business growth and innovation.
- Provide expert guidance and support to junior team members, mentoring and developing their skills and knowledge.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to deliver cutting-edge solutions for our clients.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in marketing or advertising, with a proven track record of delivering successful campaigns and growing client relationships.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Able to think strategically and creatively, with a passion for innovation and problem-solving.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a focus on delivering high-quality work and exceeding client expectations.

- An annual salary range of $75,000-$85,000, commensurate with experience.
