Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Behavioral Health Specialist to provide supportive services to at-risk youth in a dynamic and compassionate environment.

About the Role: As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering behavioral health support, conducting individual and group therapy sessions, and intervening in crises to stabilize and support young lives. Your expertise will bring hope and healing to a vulnerable population.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide behavioral health support and conduct individual and group therapy sessions
  • Intervene in crises to stabilize and support at-risk youth
  • Document progress and collaborate with other professionals

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you must have a CA Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) certification by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS), a minimum of 6 months of full-time experience in behavioral health or clinical/case management, and a Master's Degree in social work, psychology, or a related field.

What We Offer:
  • A competitive hourly rate of $70.00-$85.00
  • A flexible schedule, working Monday-Sunday, 5 days/week, with shift times from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
  • A 6-month contract with potential for long-term placement
  • Location: San Leandro, CA
  • Potential for long-term placement, making a real impact in community outreach
