Beverly's Fine Dining Restaurant is a renowned culinary destination located within the prestigious Coeur d'Alene Resort. Our restaurant offers guests an unparalleled dining experience with breathtaking views of the lake and exceptional service in an elegant atmosphere.

We are seeking a poised and personable Restaurant Hostess to join our team at Beverly's Fine Dining Restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing outstanding customer service, impeccable attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, upscale environment.

1. Guest Relations: Greet guests with a warm and friendly demeanor, providing a positive first impression and ensuring they feel welcome and valued.
2. Reservation Management: Manage restaurant reservations effectively, utilizing the reservation system to book tables, confirm bookings, and maintain accurate records.
3. Seating Coordination: Organize seating assignments in accordance with reservation status, party size, and guest preferences, ensuring an equitable distribution of guests throughout the dining area.
4. Guest Experience Enhancement: Enhance the dining experience for guests by providing personalized attention, acknowledging special occasions, and accommodating requests for specific seating arrangements or dietary preferences.

1. Previous Experience: Prior experience in a similar role, preferably in a fine dining or upscale restaurant environment, with a demonstrated ability to provide outstanding customer service and hospitality.
2. Customer Focus: Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction.
3. Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously, and maintain composure in a fast-paced setting.
4. Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in managing reservations, seating assignments, and guest preferences to ensure a seamless and enjoyable dining experience.
