Roofing Installation and Repair Expert Wanted

Bartlett Roofing is seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Specialist to join our team in Boise, ID. This full-time position offers a competitive salary of $30-$40 per hour, depending on experience.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2+ years of experience in single-ply installation to NDL specs, as well as 2+ years of shingle installation experience and 2+ years of metal roofing installation experience. The role involves installing various commercial roofing products, including single-ply membranes, shingles, metal roofing, and coatings. Our team members are responsible for operating and maintaining tools such as welders, nail guns, generators, and compressors while adhering to all safety requirements and protocols on the job site.

We require candidates to conduct thorough inspections for maintenance and repair contracts, accurately documenting findings for both company and client records. Additionally, they must be able to lift up to 80 lbs, kneel, stand, and bend for extended periods of time. A background check, drug screening, and motor vehicle record screening are also required.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Install various commercial roofing products
  • Operate and maintain tools such as welders, nail guns, generators, and compressors
  • Conduct inspections for maintenance and repair contracts
  • Document findings for company and client records
  • Assist with daily job site cleanup
  • Adhere to job timelines and ensure completion goals are met
  • Read and execute work orders from start to finish
  • Problem-solve and adapt to changes or challenges encountered on the job site
