Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to lead our hotel operations. As the linchpin of our establishment, you will be responsible for steering the ship with finesse and ensuring the seamless orchestration of all hotel departments.

Your leadership will set the tone for the entire team and elevate the guest experience to new heights. You will be well-versed in hotel-brand standards, strategic leadership, and financial and operational management.

This is a leadership role that requires a strong ability to manage budgets, financial reports, and revenue streams. You will identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue enhancement to ensure financial success.

You will collaborate with the marketing team to craft and implement effective sales and marketing strategies. Proactively drive revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assign duties to staff and provide training or other assistance to ensure consistency with regard to hotel policies, operations procedures, safety standards, and quality service.
  • Host regular team meetings to communicate updates, share feedback, and address any issues.
  • Monitor staff performance, provide constructive feedback, and resolve employee issues.
  • Recruits, interviews, hires, and trains new sales staff.
  • Oversee the daily operations and scheduling of the hotel.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Master's Degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • 2-4 years of experience as a Hotel General Manager or in a senior leadership role within the hospitality industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing all aspects of hotel operations.
  • Brand Experience (Preferred).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Exemplary leadership, communication, and team management abilities.
