Behavior Technician

We are seeking a Behavior Technician to join our team at Behavior Analysis and Support Services (BASS ABA). This role involves working one-on-one with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Developmental Delays, promoting their independence and learning through the delivery of Discrete Trial Training (DTT) and Naturalistic Environment Training (NET).

BASS ABA provides state-of-the-art Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services in-home, at school, and within the community. Our philosophy is centered around empowering individuals to achieve their full potential, regardless of age or diagnosis.

As a Behavior Technician, you will be responsible for:

• Implementing behavior reduction procedures specified in the Behavior Intervention Plan (BIP)
• Taking accurate and reliable data during each session using electronic data collection systems
• Submitting monthly documents and time logs, as well as attending staff meetings
• Maintaining excellent communication and organizational skills, professionalism, and a commitment to upholding our mission statement

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A minimum of 6 months of experience working directly with individuals with ASD/Developmental delays
• RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) credentials (a plus)
• CentralReach experience (a plus)
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as a commitment to our company's mission statement
