The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date crew schedules, ensuring compliance with FARs, contractual obligations, and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain crew schedules for current and future flying
  • Respond to operational irregularities and new flying requests
  • Communicate with various departments within the OCC
  • Request and modify last-minute hotel reservations and ground arrangements
  • Maintain crew management system for FAR and contractual legalities

Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Advanced skills in MS Office 2016
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical ability

Preferred Qualifications:
