We are seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our team at Marvel Medical Staffing. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in perioperative nursing and be able to provide expert guidance to our healthcare professionals.

Job Summary

The Clinical Nurse Specialist will work closely with our OR team to ensure high-quality patient care and outcomes. This role requires a strong understanding of surgical procedures, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement evidence-based practice guidelines for OR nursing care
  • Provide education and support to OR staff on best practices and new technologies
  • Collaborate with surgeons and anesthesiologists to ensure seamless patient care
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and satisfaction
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current RN license in the state of Colorado
  • At least 5 years of experience in OR nursing, with a focus on clinical leadership
  • Strong knowledge of surgical procedures and OR protocols
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
