Job Summary

Equip Health seeks a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our 5-person virtual treatment team.

As a key member, you will provide comprehensive assessments, implement medication treatment plans, and collaborate with our multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

  1. Perform comprehensive assessments and diagnoses of eating disorders and co-occurring psychiatric conditions
  2. Implement medication treatment plans for eating disorders and co-occurring conditions
  3. Collaborate with the treatment team, including physicians, dietitians, therapists, patient mentors, and family mentors
  4. Communicate with patients and the treatment team through Equip Health EMR
  5. Engage in treatment team meetings, supervision, and department meetings

Qualifications

  • Board Certification as a Family Practice Nurse Practitioner or Certified Physician Assistant
  • Ability to maintain active NP or PA licenses and pursue cross-licensing as applicable
  • 3+ years of experience treating pediatric, adolescent, and adult patients in an outpatient setting
  • Commitment to providing excellent evidence-based care and advancing clinical skills

Work Arrangement

Equip Health offers a flexible work arrangement with standard hours of 8am-8pm, Monday-Friday, with two late work days.

Compensation Package:

  • $110,000 - $130,000/yr
  • Comprehensive benefit package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • 401k, paid time off, family, and short-term disability leave
