We are seeking a professional Club Concierge to join our team at John Reed Fitness. As a Club Concierge, you will be responsible for supporting membership acquisition, including renewals, and delivering an exceptional member experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support membership acquisition through our CRM system
- Conduct daily club tours and prepare welcome gifts for new members
- Maintain member satisfaction and stay current on club reservations
- Communicate with departments daily
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of customer service or membership sales in a fitness environment
- Ability to use POS and CRM systems
- Proven ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events
Estimated Salary: $50,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
