Job Summary

Waterfall Technology Consulting Partners is seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in Farmington, NM. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will play a crucial role in assessing, diagnosing, and treating individuals with communication and swallowing disorders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patients to identify communication and swallowing disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address specific functional needs
  • Teach patients how to make sounds, improve their voices, and maintain fluency
  • Help individuals improve sentence structure and vocabulary used in written and oral language
  • Work with adults and children to develop and strengthen muscles used to swallow
  • Counsel individuals and families on ways to cope with swallowing and communication disorders
  • Communicate diagnoses, test results, and available treatments to clients and their families
Requirements
  • Valid and unencumbered state license or certification
  • Recent Speech Language Pathologist experience in a rehab setting
  • BLS certification
