About the Role

As a highly skilled Fire Extinguisher Specialist at UniFirst First Aid + Safety, you will be responsible for training team members in portable fire extinguisher and emergency/exit lighting service and inspection related tasks. Your technical expertise will provide support to team members, ensuring compliance with NPFA 10 code.

Key Responsibilities
  • Train team members on portable fire extinguisher and emergency/exit lighting service and inspection procedures
  • Provide technical support to team members, covering inspections and services as needed
  • Conduct customer onsite audits and quoting for fire service
  • Present and demonstrate fire-related products/services to customers, ensuring customer satisfaction
Qualifications
  • High school and/or GED equivalent required
  • Must be at least 18 years of age or older
  • Valid driver's license and safe driving record required
  • NPFA Extinguisher Certification/License (if required by state, county, and/or city)
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Experienced in sales and upselling additional fire/safety-related products and services is highly preferred

The estimated annual salary for this role is around $45,000-$60,000, depending on experience and qualifications. This figure may vary based on your individual circumstances and location.
