Estimated Salary: $22-$29 per hour based on experience

 

Job Description

 As an experienced Service Foreman, you will diagnose commercial roof leaks and make appropriate repairs. You will also lead in roof maintenance and small repair jobs.

Responsibilities include:

• Diagnosing commercial roof leaks and making repairs
• Leading roof maintenance and small repair jobs
• Maintaining accurate paperwork and timesheets
• Ensuring CentiMark Safety Policies are being followed

 

Required Skills and Qualifications

 To be successful as a Service Foreman, you must have:

• At least two years of experience in commercial roofing
• Working knowledge of commercial/industrial roofing procedures and safety protocols
• Experience with EPDM, BUR, Foam, Acrylic, Shingles, TPO, PVC, Mod. Bit., and Metal Roof Repairs
• A valid state driver's license and reliable transportation
• The ability to lift 50 lbs. and climb ladders to minimum heights of 25 feet
