Maintenance Planner Job Description

At Kuraray America, Inc., we are seeking a skilled Maintenance Planner to join our team. As a key member of our Maintenance Department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work safely by following all company policies, procedures, and leadership expectations.
• Review and validate work requests to ensure clarity and accuracy.
• Develop work plans that minimize equipment downtime and maximize the use of resources.
• Identify material needs and produce cost estimates as required.
• Produce job packages and documentation, and develop standard plans for maintenance activities.

Requirements:

• High school degree or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the chemical industry, preferably in production, maintenance, and/or operations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
