Job Summary: As an Assets Protection Team Leader at Target, you will play a critical role in maintaining a safe and secure store environment. This includes leading a team of hourly team members, implementing department AP daily/weekly workload priorities, and responding to external theft incidents. You will also be responsible for developing and coaching your team members to elevate their skills and expertise. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead a team of hourly team members to ensure a safe and secure store environment
• Implement department AP daily/weekly workload priorities to support business priorities and deliver on goals
• Respond to external theft incidents and prevent future theft
• Develop and coach team members to elevate their skills and expertise
• Anticipate staffing needs and support your leader to effectively talent plan

Requirements:
• Age 18 or older
• High school degree or equivalent
• Meet any state or local licensure and/or other legal requirements related to the position
• Previous retail and/or loss prevention experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to lead and hold others accountable
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners, and other technology equipment as directed
• Work independently and as part of a team
• Manage your workload and prioritize tasks independently
• Welcoming and helpful attitude
• Effective communication skills
