About the Role

We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at IntelyCare, where you will have the freedom to choose shifts that fit your life.

Your primary responsibility will be assisting residents in assisted living facilities (ALFs), skilled nursing facilities (SNFs), and other post-acute care settings. This may involve helping residents with mobility, personal hygiene, toileting, feeding, and other activities of daily living (ADLs).

You will also be responsible for monitoring residents throughout the shift, alerting the broader nursing team to any concerns, and maintaining a clean and hygienic environment by changing linens and cleaning residents' rooms.

Salary and Benefits

As a CNA with IntelyCare, you can earn up to $33 an hour, depending on your experience and location. Our unique staffing model allows you to take care of your personal responsibilities while planning fun outings and enjoying a flexible schedule.

Requirements

To be eligible for this role, you must hold a current Massachusetts Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification and have knowledge of medical terms and basic nursing care procedures.

You should possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with medical professionals and residents, as well as being accountable to follow and adhere to resident care plans.
