Job OverviewThe successful candidate will be responsible for leading our team of instructors in delivering engaging and challenging martial arts lessons to students aged 4-18. This role requires excellent communication skills, patience, and a passion for teaching martial arts. If you're an experienced instructor looking for a new challenge, we'd love to hear from you

ResponsibilitiesOur ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience working with children, either as a tutor, camp counselor, or youth volunteer.
  • Martial arts teaching experience (1-5 years minimum) required.
  • Teaching certification (preferred but not required).
  • Bachelor's degree (preferred but not required).

Essential Job Responsibilities:As a Martial Arts Instructor at Impact Kids, your key responsibilities will include:
  • Developing and delivering daily lesson plans that cater to different ability levels.
  • Demonstrating martial arts techniques, explaining principles, observing students, and providing feedback on their progress.
  • Supervising groups of students, ensuring their safety and well-being, and promoting positive behavior.
  • Organizing and preparing daily activities in a fun and creative manner.
  • Working effectively with fellow instructors to achieve shared goals.

Salary InformationThe estimated annual salary for this position is $45,000-$60,000, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional development.
