Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at ProCare Therapy.

About the Role:

In this position, you will provide assessments and tailored interventions to help students develop vital speech and language skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments of students' communication abilities and develop personalized treatment plans.

  • Design and implement evidence-based interventions to improve students' speech and language skills.

  • Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to ensure that students receive comprehensive support.

  • Monitor student progress and make data-driven decisions to adjust interventions as needed.

  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate regularly with parents and guardians.

Requirements:

  • A Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.

  • A valid Florida state SLP license.

  • Prior experience in schools is preferred but not required.

  • Current certification in CPR/First Aid.

  • A strong understanding of speech and language development principles and practices.
