About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to become an Airport Ambassador for a leading travel company.
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Airport Ambassador. As an Ambassador, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members, ensuring their experience is seamless and enjoyable.
You will work in a fast-paced environment, engaging with members, potential customers, and general travelers. Your primary objective will be to drive membership enrollments by promoting the benefits of CLEAR to travelers.
Key Responsibilities:- Consistently adhere to security procedures and protocols at all times.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing member concerns and resolving issues promptly.
- Drive membership enrollments through effective sales techniques and promotional activities.
To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong desire to achieve your goals. Previous customer service and/or sales experience is advantageous but not essential, as we will provide comprehensive training.
The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, be 18 years or older, and possess open availability and flexibility to work a variety of shifts. You must also be willing to complete airport badging or government screening processes and other applicable requirements.
