We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager to lead our Indirect Sourcing Marketing team. As a key member of our Operations division, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sourcing strategies, managing supplier relationships, and driving cost savings initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies to improve supplier quality and reduce costs
  • Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely and effective delivery of goods and services
  • Identify and implement cost savings initiatives to improve profitability
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing and advertising strategies
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to the Director, Indirect Sourcing, Marketing

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field
  • 7+ years of purchasing experience, preferably in strategic sourcing and category management
  • High degree of financial and analytical aptitude
  • Excellent influencing and negotiating skills
  • Exceptionally strong Excel and MS office skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
