Academy Goalkeeping Coach

The New York Red Bulls are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Goalkeeper Coach to join their Academy team. As a key member of the coaching staff, you will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs for Red Bull Academy Goalkeepers, with a focus on technical, tactical, and physical development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver goalkeeper-specific training sessions for Red Bull Academy U13-U15 teams.
- Develop and implement individual development plans (IDPs) for each goalkeeper, working closely with the coaching staff and other support staff.
- Provide regular training reports and video analysis to support the development of the goalkeepers.
- Collaborate with the Head Coach to create pre-game objectives and strategies for the goalkeepers.
- Support the talent identification and recruitment strategy for goalkeepers, working closely with the coaching staff and other support staff.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 'C' level USSF license or UEFA equivalent required, 'B' level preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in the elite sports setting, with a proven track record of developing goalkeepers from youth to professional levels.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with players, coaches, and other support staff.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
