McDonald's Maintenance Worker Job Description
As a Maintenance Worker at McDonald's, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and functionality of our facilities. Your duties will include:
- Filtering oil fryers daily to maintain a safe and healthy environment
- Cleaning equipment, windows, stock rooms, and restrooms to maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Unloading delivery trucks twice a week to ensure timely receipt of supplies
- Taking out and emptying the trash compactor to maintain a clean and hygienic environment
- Changing light bulbs and cleaning HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris to ensure optimal building performance
Requirements:
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
