Cabinet Craftsman

We are seeking a skilled Cabinet Maker to join our team at American Staffing, LLC. As a Cabinet Maker, you will be responsible for manufacturing custom cabinets and furniture according to drawings and specifications.

1. Manufacture custom cabinets and furniture according to drawings and specifications.
2. Manage production schedules to ensure timely completion of products to meet customer requirements.
3. Develop and maintain specifications and procedures for the department.
4. Complete complex tasks within a given time period, adjusting for changing priorities.
5. Maintain a clean and organized work area, free of debris.
6. Assist in the training of team members to meet established standards.
7. Ensure that parts or subassemblies and finished products are labeled correctly.
8. Follow procedures outlined in the company handbook and other documents.
9. Display a sense of urgency in completing assigned tasks.
10. Maintain outstanding attendance and a strong work ethic.
11. Work within a team concept and contribute to a positive work environment.
12. Demonstrate a professional attitude in approaching job assignments.
13. Communicate effectively with internal customers, verbally and in writing.
