We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Insurance Sales Specialist to join our team at Mike Ramirez - State Farm Agent. As an Account Associate, you will be responsible for establishing customer relationships, providing prompt and accurate customer service, and using a customer-focused approach to educate customers about insurance options.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Use a needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options and promote the development of our business.
- Dedicated to providing exceptional customer service.
- Experience in sales or customer-facing roles preferred.
- Able to obtain Property and Casualty License and Life/Health License.
- Able to achieve mutually agreed upon marketing goals.
