Job Summary

The Employee Health Coordinator role at RiverSpring Health is responsible for conducting thorough employee health assessments, reviewing medical history, and administering vaccinations as needed. This position requires a NY Licensed Practical Nurse with experience in Occupational Health and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct employee health assessments, including examinations and review of medical history
  • Administer vaccinations, such as influenza, COVID-19, pneumococcal, MMR, and Hep B, as needed
  • Manage data collection of COVID-19 testing results
  • Review employee health examination records for completeness and accuracy
  • Assess employee immunization status and provide follow-up as needed

Requirements

  • NY Licensed Practical Nurse
  • Experience in Occupational Health
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to read and interpret documents, such as safety rules and procedure manuals
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
