At Bill Cole Automall of Ashland, we're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Service Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers, employees, and communities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead by example, demonstrating our high standards of service and quality in all interactions
- Communicate our company vision and inspire others to achieve excellence
- Recruit, coach, train, and motivate staff within the Service Department to ensure exceptional service delivery
- Develop strategic plans for business growth and development
- Maintain accountability and drive a culture of excellence
- Manage budgets and operational costs to ensure efficient service delivery
- Implement policies, procedures, and best practices to drive continuous improvement
