This role offers a unique opportunity to work independently, supporting the US and North American Clinical and Lab Services team by reviewing and completing Confidentiality Disclosure Agreements (CDAs) related to clinical and lab studies.

Job Responsibilities
  • Independently review, track, edit, revise, and complete CDAs.
  • Assist with review and completion of CDAs for QPS Holdings, LLC as requested.
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal and external parties regarding CDA status, specific questions, or needed information.
  • Manage, organize, and maintain electronic filing systems utilizing QPS Technology Systems, platforms, and processes.
  • Collaborate feedback from colleagues in Finance, BD, and Operations to achieve fast turn-around times for CDAs.
  • Coordinate feedback and comments exchanged between internal and external parties regarding related agreements.
  • Manage paper filing systems regarding agreements.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • 5 years' experience in a contract-related field or business setting.
  • A 2-year degree in Business Administration, Paralegal Studies, or a related field.
  • Pharmaceutical, biotech, or CRO industry experience is preferred but not required.
