Job Description

The Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Phlebotomist I to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting blood samples from patients, preparing specimens for lab testing, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drawing quality blood samples from patients
  • Preparing specimens for lab testing
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
  • Providing excellent patient care and communication

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; medical training preferred
  • Phlebotomy certification preferred (required in California, Nevada, and Washington)
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in phlebotomy or related field
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
